Blue Heron Wellness in Silver Spring, MD closed in May 2022. Blue Heron is so close to my heart. I took my first yoga class in Saffron Studio with Donna Britt in 2008. This started my yoga journey. I was in Blue Heron's first Yoga Teacher Training and became an RYT instructor in 2010. I couldn't get enough yoga! After teaching there for over ten years, it was heartbreaking to hear they were closong their doors.

This radical change jump started my feelings about starting a website:

I want to offer my therapeutic classes via livestream

I want to offer an amazing video library of special focus therapeutic videos

I want to offer video recordings of full length therapeutic classes

I want to offer private therapeutic yoga sessions to individuals and small groups

I want to offer assisted stretching sessions to individuals
